Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which special cups are placed on your skin for a few minutes to create suction. Adding Cupping with Massage allows the therapist to lift the skin and move lymphatic fluids to support and assist the bodies natural detoxification cycle.  People get it for many purposes, including to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage. I use dry method, Chinese vacuum and or manual cups.

Sports Massage is a type of massage designed for highly active people who engage in athletics. Engaging in sports is harsh on the body and can often lead to injuries in both the short and long term. Sports Massage enhances performance and prolongs a sports career by helping to prevent injury, reduce pains and swelling in the body, relax the mind, increase flexibility, includes stretching and assisted joint movement, dramatically improves recovery rates. Sports Massage is also highly effective in aiding the rapid recovery of an athlete from an injury by encouraging greater kinesthetic awareness and in turn promoting the body's natural immune function.

Acupressure is an ancient Chinese healing method that involves applying pressure to certain meridian points on the body to relieve pain, release stress and improve health in the body. . Not to be confused with Acupuncture. Acupressure uses the same points, but Acupuncture uses needles.In an acupressure session, I apply firm pressure directly to these "points" on your body, which relieves your muscle tension and improves your circulation. This simple and powerful technique has been shown to be very effective in treating headaches, backaches,digestion issues and even insomnia.  While Acupressure uses the gentle but firm pressure from hands or special stones or tools. Acupressure deals with all the aspects of a person as a whole: body, emotion, mind, and spirit as one , other than as separate parts. It relaxes muscular tension and balances the vital life forces of the body.

Geriatric (Senior) Massage is a form of massage with extra compassion, gentle movements and hand strokes, designed to meet the specific needs of the elderly.  I offer a Discounted price to make it more affordable for those who are on fixed incomes. Ideal for ages 60 years and older . Massage helps to improve blood circulation, relieve pain, and also increase range of motion. If you are elderly, massage can help you maintain and improve your overall health, homeostasis, as well as regain certain physical functions that have been reduced due to aging. In addition, since the elderly don't typically receive enough physical touch, this massage can also help alleviate symptoms of loneliness ,depression, boost confidence and self esteem.

All cannabinoids, including CBD, produce effects in the body by attaching to certain receptors. The human body produces certain cannabinoids on its own. It also has two receptors for cannabinoids, called the CB1 receptors and CB2 receptors.

CB1 receptors are located throughout the body, but many are in the brain. The CB1 receptors in the brain deal with coordination and movement, pain, emotions, and mood, thinking, appetite, and memories, among other factors. THC attaches to these receptors.

Himalayan Salt Stone Massage

Himalayan salt massage therapy is one of the innovative and highly effective healing therapy in which the warm Himalayan salt massage stones are used for grounding and balancing the electromagnetic field of the body, central nervous system and meridians. Himalayan salt is well known for its therapeutic and healing qualities. Shiatsu is a Japanese form of massage therapy. The word Shiatsu comes from two Japanese words - "shi" (finger) and "atsu" (pressure). In addition to the direct stimulation of pressure points along the energy pathways also known as meridians of your body, gentle stretching techniques are also applied over a wider area of the body to integrate the point work and encourage the flow of Chi (energy) throughout the body. Shiatsu is a meditative healing art that honors the body, mind and spirit. This modality is preformed on a special floor mat for optimal release.

Kinesio Taping

Tension Blaster is a balanced combination of massage and stretching to the Scalp, Face, Neck and Shoulders.  Instant relaxation, a lot of people hold tension and stress in the upper body especially the neck and shoulders. This will help alleviate sinus pressure, stress, headaches and TMJ tension.

The Cocoon

The Cocoon is a Therapeutic Bodywrap . Choice of Detoxing with Seaweed or Aromatherapy EO (essential oil) . Product is applied to the body , body is then specially wrapped in layers of sheets and self warming blankets (like a cocoon or burrito)  you will stay wrapped for approx. 20-25 mins, includes scalp and face rejuvenation massage, cool towel if needed and light massage after to work any left over product into the skin. Detox with seaweed will be wiped away with warm towels and hydrating lotion is applied. Very Uplifting and overall Relaxing and Rejuvenating  experience.

Traditional Scalp Massage is relaxing, uplifting, medium pressure is applied in circular motions to the scalp along with light hair pulling. Helps dilate small arteries within your scalp to increase blood flow  and proper circulation , restores follicles.

Hands , Feet or Both are exfoliated with your choice of Herbal, Salt or Sugar Scrub, cleaned with warm towels and finished with light massage and hydrating lotion.

Foot Rejuvenation warm towels and Peppermint Essential Oil are applied with light massage to reset , restore and renew tired feet .

Assisted Full body stretching , light stretching and pulling, opens joints to allow circulation and promotes proper blood circulation and flow. Includes Upper and Lower Extremities , Hips, Back and Neck.

Distant Healing

Distant healing (DH) techniques are defined as acts of conscious intent, wish, or focus, dedicated to improve the health or well-being of another person who is far away, anywhere in the world . You will need to schedule a specific time so you can be pre guided, relax, preferably lying down or in a comfy chair. You will also need to send a visible recent photo of yourself, your date of birth, and what your goals are for healing. BELIEVE in the energy you are and around you.

A  Japanese form of alternative medicine called energy healing. Reiki practitioners use a technique called palm healing or hands-on healing through which a "universal energy" is said to be transferred through the palms of the practitioner to the patient in order to encourage emotional or physical healing,chakra balancing & use of crystals.

A type of healing in which a person supplicates to a higher power through meditation, so that angels (or spirits) can be called upon to guide, protect and heal a person through radiant energy; components of angelic healing include, use of crystals,  channelling, guided imagery and visualisation, laying on of hands,prayer, spiritual guidance.
